A Quick Update

Hello Summerfield Neighborhood

A few quick updates:

1. Indy Lumberjack Tree Company will be out tomorrow to assess the trees along 106th and the West side of the neighborhood. Once attention is given all trees in the neighborhood will have been maintained over the last two years.

2. We are holding off on putting down fresh mulch along Delaware until we learn what the tree estimate will be. We want to make sure the trees are taken care of as they are overdue. 

3. We will have a survey coming out soon asking what updates we should consider for the neighborhood, any needed changes/updates we should consider to the covenants, etc.

4. Summerfield is currently at 21 rental properties. No additional rental properties will be permitted until the number of rentals drops to 11. We have started a waiting list but obviously,, it may be years until we reach 11 rental properties. Nonetheless, we have a waiting list created.

5. If anyone is interested in assisting the HOA with various tasks, becoming a street captain, planting flowers, etc., please let us know. We’d love to get more residents involved in keeping our neighborhood great!
